Olive success!

Lesson 6: Taste. I can’t quite believe it.  After picking in November, dry salting for a month and marinating for four, I am the proud owner of 2 (small) jars of my own olives.  I may eat them all myself, although I should save evidence otherwise no one will believe me.  Jar 1, a garlicky lemon flavour and Jar 2, a jalapeno chili zing, both equally delicious.
