Anyone who knows what a fudgsicle is will be as excited as I was to make these. And they came out amazingly! And they are non-dairy and healthy. Super easy to make.
• 13oz can of coconut milk
• 5 heaped tablespoons of cocoa powder
• 4 tablespoons agave syrup
• 1 tsp vanilla
• pinch of sea salt
Blend until frothy and pour into popsicle containers or, in my case, silicone mini cupcake holders for an after dinner treat. Freeze. Found on treehugger.
